The Ridge is made for the strong athletic type with a softer side. Sitting comfortably just below the ankle, this durable no-show sock flies under the radar while its full terry lined interior adds ample cushion. A specially designed heel tab and custom y-gore construction work together to prevent slipping and keeps this sock snug for the best possible performance and fit.

Sustainability

Quality Materials. Sustainable Process.

Choosy. Meticulous. Uncompromising. When it comes to our materials and manufacturing, these all apply. We start with the highest quality materials, like organic cotton that is dyed with low-impact dyes. Our certified organic cotton is grown on farms in the Southern U.S. by farmers we actually know. After harvest, our cotton travels to the Carolinas where it is spun and dyed before arriving at our mill in Alabama.
 
We knit socks in very small batches at our family owned and operated mill. Our team of ten (including Mom and Dad) run the manufacturing process from start to finish. And, because our entire operation is under one roof, we're able to constantly monitor quality through each step of the process, minimize waste and deliver a stellar product. We do it all because we know a better process makes a better sock. 
 
We like to keep it all close to home. Our packaging, labels and marketing materials are printed within a small radius of our mill in Alabama and Georgia. 

Giving and Recycling. Our irregular socks are donated to homelessness shelters and community organizations in Alabama.

We have some socks that are not fit for donations. These, along with any manufacturing waste, are repurposed or recycled. When recycled, these are transformed into fiber used for carpet padding in the automotive industry.

Care instructions

   Organic Cotton Socks & Merino Wool Socks

  • Turn inside out before washing to help prevent pilling
  • Machine wash cold water with like colors
  • Tumble dry on low heat to preserve the life of your socks and keep them soft over time. *We highly recommend line drying our wool socks.
  • Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

  • First Class and Priority Mail
  • U.P.S. Ground and 2 Day Air. *Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday will ship out on Monday.

    Shipping rates are calculated by weight and the carrier & service selected at checkout.  

    All orders are processed on weekdays and ship in 1-2 business days. We strive to ship your order the same day it was placed or the next business day.

    Some order processing and delivery times may vary during the month of December.

    Shipping rates and specials apply to orders from the Continental United States only.

    Returns

    We are happy to return any full price item that is unworn (not tried on the foot), unwashed and returned to us within 15 days from time of original receipt. Socks must be returned to us in the condition they were received, with labels fully intact.

    Socks are a base layer and due to the nature of feet, we cannot sell returned socks that have been tried on. If you have any concerns about sizing, please reach out to us before removing your socks from their original packaging, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

    Please email us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will issue a Return Authorization. Include the original packing slip or your full name and order number with your shipment so that we can process your refund quickly.

    Domestic orders- Should you wish to have a shipping label emailed to you, we are happy to do so. If our shipping label is used, we will deduct a $5.00 shipping charge from your refund amount.

    • The original shipping charge and return shipping fees are non refundable. 
    • Sale items are final and not returnable.
    • Exchanges are not available at this time. 

    If the return meets the above requirements, we will refund your account within seven days of receipt of the returned items; you will be notified by email once your refund is issued. Please note that it can take up to seven additional days for the refund to appear on your account. 

    We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and a refund will not be issued.

    We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

    Pure comfort!

    These cushioned no show socks are perfect for working out, especially when doing cardio. i was concerned they'd be too bulky in my gym shoes but they are a comfortable fit. so glad I purchased them!

    zkano socks -- the best there are!

    Absolutely love these socks -- all the cushioned, cotton no-show socks are the most comfortable I own. As someone who is prone to foot pain and strong foot odor (ew!), these socks not only maintain their softness (including the little comfort cushion on the ankle to prevent chaffing) but they also don't retain strong odors. They can be aired-out too, so for anyone who rewears socks (no judgement), you can rewear these (and any of the zkano socks) at least a couple of times because they are well-made natural material. I overheat very easily and these socks don't get too hot despite their plush material. 11/10 would recommend (get the 3-pack), even with the price -- these socks are worth the investment!

    Never looking back

    I'm so glad I bought 3 pair and not just 1! The only thing better than a Zkano sock is a drawer full of them! I have always bought their knee highs but never the athletic line. I absolutely love them! They are so well made. Very high quality. Not to mention, absolutely cozy!

    High quality

    Comfortable, cushiony and very high quality. Have worn out running and washed several times and they’re holding up well. Only drawback - for women with smaller feet — they are a little long for my size 7 (womens) feet. If they had a small I think that would fit better.
